Orcs: Army Pack

ADD TO WISHLIST >

Bring a horde of orcs to your table with the Orcs: Army Pack. Orcs are a staple of any low-level game, and now you can print and build as many as you need!

Orcs: Army Pack contains green and grey-skinned orcs, as well as a trained boar, and a skeletal orc, so the fallen brutes can get back up and keep fighting!

Orcs: Army Pack includes paper miniatures of an orc archer, orc shaman, orc battle-queen, orc warrior, skeletal orc and boar, as well as grey-skinned variants of the archer, shaman, battle-queen and warrior.

All Trash Mob Minis have a front and back, include bases, instructions and are intended for tabletop games played at around the 25-30mm scale.

Late to the party but I'm putting this here for whoever is still around. Trash Mob has some red orcs in their Patreon rewards. Okumarts did orcs on boars and goblins on fire wolves for their Patreon, as well as an impressive Beast Riders release on both DTRPG and Patreon (it has orcs on giant horrible bats and goblins on murder hornets). Paper Mage released one orc on a gorgon, although that's a more realistic style.

How many different orcs are included?
How easy would it be to print them and fit them onto plastic bases?

All the orcs included are pictured on the listing.
I've seen many people modify the tabs to be compatible with plastic, clip bases.

There are 6 figures--4 orcs, 1 boar, and one orc skeleton--but the four orcs are included in two different skin colors--green and gray--so that's 10 figures right there. But Jesse's started including mirrored versions (flipped right-to-left) of most or all of the figures in his current sets. In this set, you get righty and lefty versions of all the orcs and I think the skelly; I'm not sure if the boar is flipped or not. So, the 10 above, plus mirrored versions of both colors of the 5 non-boar figures, gets you to 20 figures in the set. (I don't have the my copy of the .pdf at hand, so I may be slightly off, but you get the idea.) There's a lot here for the price.

I use the slotted acrylic bases from Litko with my paper figs, and it's trivial to adapt the Trash Mob bases to work with them--just glue the bases flat with the rest of the figure, instead of folding them out to stick to a round base. Then trim the base tab to the proper size (generally 4mm tall by 20mm wide), and you're good to go.

I modified mine to be used with Kevin's bases. I really love his bases! ;)

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
