The Treasure of Captain Vaine

~Being a Pirate Treasure-hunt Scenario for Four to Six Players~

Introduction

This is a simple scenario for use with any RPG system. I provide general data throughout which may be easily adapted to your favourite game.

The scenario will present your players with a number of typical role-playing experiences; Combat, Interaction, Humour, Frustration, a Tough Choice, and a Chase Scene.

The premise of the scenario is that the PCs are crewmembers aboard a pirate ship in search of a treasure hoard buried somewhere on Skull Island. They acquire a treasure map and the attentions of a rival pirate.
