I received a deck in the mail a couple days ago.
The size is 2.75" x 4.75" as stated on this site and on this tarot site:
There are 78 cards in the deck. The card stock is not unlike my Aleister Crowley Thoth deck, from what I can tell. However, the Mage deck is around 7/16 of an inch taller than the Crowley deck. This Mage deck seems to be standard sized. The art is beautiful. The back of the cards are the colors of the front of the Mage the Awakening rule book, but there are no words printed thereon. I am very pleased with this deck of cards!

To clarify, if you purchase the cards, they are actually printed cards that are shipped to you, and not a pdf of said cards?

It´s a tarot deck, so it will work with both editions as any other tarot deck. You can download the free pdf to take a look to some short explanations of each card and a merit (also included in the supplement "Keys of the Supernal Tarot". In my experience, 1st edition content works fairly well with 2nd edition in most cases. Games like Requiem had taken advantage of better discipline powers, but I frequently take info of my older books in my new games ;)

Are these the same stock/quality as the originals? I've been looking for a replacement deck.

Hi, is it possible to post a sampling of the art for the cards as well as the back? Also, what dimension are the cards? Are they the same size as the Ascension Deck or smaller? What about the card stock, is it standard or something more robust?

Any chance of providing affordable shipping outside the USA? At present, the shipping to the UK is as much as the cards!

I would love it too! The shipping costs are higher than the tag price. I hope they label the shipment as "books" or "printer matter", or customs will ask for an additional fee

Download the free pdf, all the cards are reproduced there. Illustrations are very "mage the awakening" style

Any chance of some images from the cards? Is it a standard tarot deck of major and minor arcana?

What kind of card stock are we talking about here, standard or something thinner? I have never ordered cards from DrivThruRPG.

I have the Vampire the Requiem condition cards and those are standard, like any TCG.

Original electronic
Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
