This is a perfect horror-themed adventure for Savage Worlds. There's places where it can be pretty moody and eerie, but then there's a few places where it suddenly will shift into a more comedic feel. This is exactly how the rules play out, the sudden exploding die roll does the same thing bouncing into some gonzo results.

My players had a lot of fun, and evden though they didn't meet the NPC's during the adventure they had lots of leads to follow up after to keep things going.

This was a great set of adventures to run. It has a wonderful mix of investigation, role play, and action throughout. The plot point campaign is extremely flexible; there's lots of gaps between stories to slip in other adventures but enough in there that you don't need to for the game to feel short.

The finale of the campaign goes somewhere I didn't expect, but its still treated pretty well. My group hasn't reached that yet, but I'm looking forward to see their reaction of that rather abrupt jump.

This setting has been a lot of fun. Perhaps its just the folks at my table, but this device of having the party going to a college really opens up a lot of opportnities. It doesn't place obligations on them but still provides avenues for research and interation. Not to mention tons of opportunities to begin plot hooks.

So far I've only read through the Savage Worlds version of the adventures, and they're great. The NPC's all have good motivations, and the way the demons are treated really lets the GM lean into some tropes to help with RPing them. This also gives them simple clear motivations to guide things if the player's go off the rails a bit. I also appreciate that things aren't overly scripted, there's plenty of foom for everyone at the table to guide the action.

Well worth the money, I hsould check out all the other goodies that came with it.

This seems like a fairly simple adventure, the players just need to extract a scientist from his lab and deliver him to some Mr. Johnson. What makes this one exciting to me is all the different complications that arise along the way. Almost everything gets complicated in some way, and quite a few lead to very interesting role play decisions for the characters to make.

Its easy to prepare for and run, and is generic enough to easily fit into running campaigns. All of the different endings could easily lead into new contacts or adventures for the players to follow up next.
