You can play a kung fu master with a pet triceratops.

OK in all seriousness this is a great game using a streamlined version of the always-fun 'roll a pool, look for matches, count them like you're a four year old' (Three 2's? 32!) engine that started in Weapons of the Gods and continued into Legends of the Wulin. What makes it great is that it's so damn accessible. And runs fast, compared to the others. Don't get me wrong, I love WotG but wouldn't play with more than like 2-3 players because it just runs so slow. This game gets you up and running fast, into the action fast, and it's got this kitchen-sink everything-under-the-sun over-the-top post-apocalypse grab bag setting that is both instantly recognizable but also intriguing enough that you want to know more. Character creation is a breeze, pick an archetype, pick a clan, pick which of the clan's two kung fus you want (usually there's one martial one and one that's more like... caster-focused or Avatar the Last Airbender-y), pick out your techniques and go to town. And then beat up all kinds of Master Blaster looking idiots who dare to confront you when you get to that town. Seriously, give this one a look.
