I was hoping for something a little more fleshed out than this, given the high quality of the free materials I have previously seen from White Wolf. I feel that Geist has been let down a little.

'Dem Bones' provides an overview of an NPC who is gambling with a purpose. It is interesting, but to make it a worthwhile investment for your players, it will be completely up to you to build a story around the NPC to engage the PCs.

If you are stuck for interesting ideas for NPCs then it might be for you, but I didn't see too much to latch on to with this product.

I like this more than Dem Bones. Really clear cut and contains enough twists to keep the players on their feet. This scene can really be inserted anywhere without upsetting the games in question (though playing it with Vampire or other games featuring immortals might require other motives to pursue this scene). Though PC goals might change slightly according to individual chronicles.

Games that can work with this really well: World of Darkness (vanilla) Geist Changeling Werewolf Mage

Games that might work with this, but require adjustments: Vampire Promethean (maybe heavy modifications to fit this. Maybe)

This is a pointless short product ... even if its for free its not really worth the download.
