It's good for the price. I would really like to be able to have a 45 degree wall in addition to a block wall. That way I could start opening to a room where I want instead of just trying to make do with the templates.

Maybe if you could move the templates in areas that would make it more useful but I can not think of any good reason to buy.

Nice tile maker. Highly portable as only Acrobat is needed to use it - no need to install something like Gridsmith or Dundjinni. Good for creating "fill-in" tiles between other purchased tiles, or for creating new ones.<br><br> <b>LIKED</b>: Eliminates need to have a dungeon drawing programme on my office PC :-)<br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: Would be nice to have some way of saving tiles.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Excellent<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Very Satisfied<br>

For a relatively simple PDF program, this is an amazingly versatile product. One product can let you make and print any tile for pretty much any basic dungeon or building layout. I can only hope that future documents will expand on the options possible, allowing for increasingly complex tiles.<br><br> <b>LIKED</b>: Versatile, easy to figure out, and easy to use.<br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: Not Ink-Jet friendly. Needs to have options for solid-space shades, instead of ink-wasting pitch black.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Excellent<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Very Satisfied<br>

An RPG Resource review:

Wow! I didn't think you could do that with a PDF... this product is a system for creating your own dungein tiles. In operation it's very simple - there are a range of options for floor colour, wall position, pillars, stairs and doors: just make your choices from a 'control panel' and see the tile appear before you... then print it out.

Naturally, there are limitations. While the options are versatile, they are finite. No interesting corpses or debris, for example, to litter the place. You have to print your tile straight off, there is no way to store it for later. But the sheer advantages of being able to create a tile that is the way you want it, not just the best fit from whichever tile collections you possess, far outweigh any quibbles.

Although you cannot save tiles, there is a handy grid system to print out beforehand and design the dungeon you want to create which helps you keep track of the tiles you need to make. You can label tiles, to help in laying them out, or rely on memory/your notes and leave them unadorned.

Overall, it is a really useful tool which should appeal to everyone who likes a clear visual presentation of their dungeon to put in front of the players, whether or not you want to use miniatures.

This is a fun and useful product. Though the product is intended to create tiles for classic dungeons, with a little forethought it can model the basic structure of things like ships and castles. This PDF does not include any features other than stairs, columns and doors, however, so you'd need to look elsewhere for more elaborate floorplans.<br><br> <b>LIKED</b>: Dungeon tiles can be created and printed very quickly - if you have the design of the whole dungeon created, I would guess that the tiles can be made and printed in less than 10 minutes. The features look clean, but are basic. I'd love to see an expansion that included other types of floors (especially wooden ones) and some additional features like windows.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Very Good<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Satisfied<br>
