Great little model, fits my Victorian Gothic table top well. I have loads of DG models and I make the main stucture of each out of foam core to ensure they are tough enough to take lots of handling.

I have found all the Dave Graffam models to be accurate and easy to construct. I print them full colour on A3 190gsm card, and increase the size to 130% which gives me a better sized model for what I use them for. Excellent vakue for the price. A larger catalogue would be great.

I actually adapted it in GIMP and just used the central building as an asylum/orphanage/jail. It was easy enough to do and looks quite foreboding. The model went together well and was straight forward to build.

I am just getting started with paper modeling and found this model to be fun and easy to build. The instructions were somewhat lacking but I had no trouble figuring everything out. I have since built some of Dave Graffam's more complicated models and the instructions for them were much better. Still, this was an enjoyable model and I highly recommend it.
